We are looking for a customer service chat agent to manage our website chat helping clients with basic questions, account issues and general customer services issues.
it will be 20 weekly hours paid at $15 per hour with the option to increase weekly hours after your first month. hours will be tracked via out clock-in / clock-out system. This is a home based role. you can also login to the support chat via your phone with our chat app.
On-boarding and training will be provided.
- Working remotely, supporting current clients. general queries and contact requests.
- Maintaining contact with prospects which have not yet been converted into students, updating these prospects on results of existing students and converting prospects into students on a regular basis
- After your first month, you should be able to show a minimum of a 10% conversion rate, in conversions from the number of prospects you call to conversions. You will receive training to make sure you’re efficient at all tasks given
- Reply to emails, tickets and basic questions.
Skills/Experience that will help:
- Knowledge of forex trading, the financial markets and trading terminology, this is not needed if you possess the ability to learn fast
- Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and attention to detail.
- Experience dealing with customers over the phone.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas.
- The ability to learn fast
- Ability to work autonomously without having to be monitored daily
- Experience selling financial products over the phone
